After our night in Glacier National Park we headed back into Canada. When going into Montana we were in Alberta, coming back we were already in BC. Traveling a very scenic route with mountains on one side and a huge lake on the other for several hours. We crossed the lake with a ferry. We also had the opportunity to stop at an orchard and pick all the cherries we needed. They tasted so much better than buying them in the store. To bad we were not on our way home yet or we could have filled our coolers and put some up for winter use. But we all had our fill and some pails for eating on the way:) They also had apricots which were almost done and peaches which were just ripening. But we got to taste some of both. How sweet and juicy! These pictures are taken at the orchards,on the ferry, staying at Castlegar and walking over the suspension bridge there.
